How do I earn points?
Guest can earn 1 point for every $1 spent when their loyalty accounts gets attached to their dine-in, takeout, or online order.
How many points do I have to earn to redeem a free rice bowls?
320 points are necessary to collect in order to redeem a free rice bowl.
Are all rice bowls included?
Yes, all rice bowls within our menu are included to redeem for free.
Do you offer any bonuses on points?
Yes, every Tuesday, all day, guests collect 2 points for every $1 spent at any TUS location.
Can I earn points via third party? (i.e. via DoorDash or GrubHub)
Unfortunately, points can only be earned through orders directly placed at our restaurant or website.
Is there a max limit as to how many points you can gain?
No, there is no limit to how many points you can earn as a guest at TUS.
Is there an expiration date for the points?
No, points can be saved or redeemed anytime.

When you pay for an order in-store with a credit card linked to your loyalty account, you’ll automatically be prompted to redeem your reward if you have enough points.
Online Ordering
When you pay for an order in-store with a credit card linked to your loyalty account, you’ll automatically be prompted to redeem your reward if you have enough points.
How a Credit or Debit Card Gets
Linked To a Loyalty Account
1.
During checkout, if you use a credit or debit card to pay for an order.
2.
Then, sign up or attach their loyalty account to an order.
3.
The loyalty account and card are now linked!
4.
When you use that same card again, you’ll automatically earn points or that order or be prompted to redeem their reward if they have earned enough points.
