Started off with my kind server MK. She gave me time to work through their menu. The menu is not very large, but kind of sexy. Cloud pancakes that are puffy fluffy. Some mixes of Asian spices and some chimchurri on some dishes. I arrived for breakfast so I chose the Take UR Seat breakfast sandwich. It arrived and looked great. The sandwich tastes good but the lemon vibe on the arugula was odd, and threw me off. If that's your vibe, enjoy. Fries were cooked well and the sweet tea was very sweet,,,as it should be. Cool little spot. Support locals like this one. I'd come back with the wife.

Very friendly servers, and we were seated immediately for a party of 4 on a busy Sunday morning. It was on the park and it was a little chilly but they made sure to turn on the heat lamps.We are locals and yet this was our first time here, we were very impressed. The food was amazing, and the menu choices had a small but good selection. We will most definitely be back! If you're in the area be sure to stop on in!

They execute the classic flavors perfectly: the sausage is beautifully seasoned and balanced, pairing flawlessly with the rice and egg. Truly satisfying and unforgettable.You absolutely must try the Pandan Latte. It's a flawless creation--incredibly fragrant and creamy without drowning you in sugar. It's the perfect smooth, cooling counterpoint to the rice bowl.While the food is exceptional, the true heart of Take Ur Seat is the team. I need to give an extra-special shout out to the staff; they are genuinely the most wholesome, attentive, and kind people I've encountered.
